1. Floral Products
Due to the nature of our products (fresh flowers and perishable goods), we do not accept returns. However, we want to ensure your satisfaction, so if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us within the following time frames.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately:
- Time frame: We must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- What to do: Please send us a photo of the damaged product along with a description of the issue.
- Resolution: We will investigate the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or a refund based on the circumstances.
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Time frame: You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. No Refund Policy for Perishable Goods
As flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns for any products once they have been delivered and are in your possession. In addition, we do not offer refunds for any issues caused by mishandling of the products after delivery, including failure to care for the flowers properly.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered for floral products due to the perishable nature of the goods. If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
7. Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, inclement weather, or other external factors. If your flowers do not arrive on time due to delivery issues outside of our control, we are not required to issue a refund. However, please contact us, and we will try to resolve the issue as best as possible.
